  • DISSOLVE jelly powders in boiling wine in medium bowl. Let cool to room temperature.
  • STIR in club soda and liqueur. Chill until jelly is slightly thickened.
  • FOLD in 3 cups (750 mL) fruit. Pour into 6 cup (1.5 L) mold or loaf pan. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
  • UNmold; dip mold in hot water for about 10 seconds. Gently pull jelly from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and centre jelly on plate. Garnish with additional fruit.
  • GREASE mold slightly with oil for easier removal. Substitute other fresh fruit, if desired.
