  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Grill bread 1 to 2 min. or until bottoms are lightly toasted; turn.
  • Brush with marinade; top with cheese and DIANA Classic Jerk Chicken.
  • Grill 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is heated through and cheese is melted. Transfer to cutting board.
  • Top with remaining ingredients. Cut into wedges.

Substitute

Substitute shredded rotisserie chicken mixed with additional 1 Tbsp. marinade for the shredded DIANA Classic Jerk Chicken.

Heat broiler. Place bread in single layer on baking sheet. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min. or until lightly toasted; turn. Brush with marinade. Broil 1 min. Top with cheese and DIANA Classic Jerk Chicken. Broil 2 to 3 min. or until chicken is heated through and cheese is melted.
