  • Toss DIANA Classic Jerk Chicken with marinade and onions.
  • Top 1 bread slice with chicken mixture, peppers and Monterey Jack cheese. Cover with remaining bread slice. Spread outside of sandwich with margarine.
  • Cook in nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. per side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.

Variation

Prepare using shredded rotisserie chicken, and increasing the marinade to 2 Tbsp.

Note

Prepare using either a fresh or jarred roasted red pepper.
