  • Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine stuffing mix, water, egg and dressing until moistened. Add meat and cheese; mix well. Shape into eight 2-inch meatballs.
  • Place on greased baking sheet; spread with ketchup.
  • Bake 30 min. or until cooked through (160ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked rice and steamed broccoli.

    This will never be a meatball.

    A favourite in my house. i tried them with the various kraft ranch dressing, or even Ceasar dressing, and they always turn out great. I scoop the meat in a 1/2 cup measuring cup to make sure all my meatballs are the same size, and use a can of tomato soup instead of ketchup. It makes a nice sauce, and, with mashed potatoes or rice and steamed veggies, it's always a winner.

    I would recommend cooking these on a drip pan of some sort, to catch the grease that cooks out of them - much like a meatloaf.
