These beef kabobs use ground beef for a twist on the usual. You can grill the beef kabobs while you make the Greek salad so that dinner comes together in less than 30 minutes!

  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Mix meat, 2 Tbsp. dressing, cracker crumbs and seasonings until well blended. Shape into 8 (5x3/4-inch) logs.
  • Grill 12 min. or until done (160ºF), turning occasionally and adding pitas to barbecue for the last 1 to 2 min. to grill until warmed. Meanwhile, combine vegetables, tomatoes and remaining dressing.
  • Top salad with kabobs and cheese. Serve with pitas.
