  • Cook and stir onions and garlic in dressing in Dutch oven or stockpot on medium heat 5 min.
  • Add potatoes and broth; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 25 min. or until potatoes are tender.
  • Stir in kale and sausage; simmer 3 min. or just until kale is wilted. Add parsley and cheese; stir.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with crusty whole grain bread, and a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.

How to Cook the Italian Sausage

Place sausage in small skillet. Add enough water to cover sausage; bring water just to boil, turning sausage once. Drain; return sausage to skillet. Cook on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until done, turning after 3 min.
