  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Toss potatoes with thyme and half the mayonnaise; spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring after 10 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining mayonnaise with all remaining ingredients except bacon in large bowl.
  • Add warm potatoes to kale mixture; mix lightly. Let stand 20 min.
  • Top with bacon before serving.
