Heat oven to 400ºF. Prepare recipe as directed; spoon into casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with 1 cup fresh bread crumbs. Bake 15 min. or until golden brown.
Add 1/4 cup frozen peas or your favourite frozen vegetable blend with the tomatoes.
Store leftover tomatoes in airtight container in freezer up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in refrigerator, then use to prepare your favourite homemade soup, stew or sauce.
