  • Mix pretzel crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate until ready to fill.
  • Mix next 3 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk in 2-1/2 cups Cool Whip. Pour into crust.
  • Freeze 6 hours. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature until slightly softened. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip.

    Absolutely delicious!! The pretzels made a great base, did not use xtra butter as it held together very well. Everyone loved the tangy, limey taste. Was so chuffed with myself, it looked exactly like the picture and tasted wonderful.

    Had a great tang to it, however, I found that the crust needed more butter/margarine as it didn't hold together well...otherwise the flavour was great. I will make this recipe again only I'll use more margarine in the crust.
