  • Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Reserve 3 Tbsp. dressing mixture. Cut steak across the grain into 20 slices, each about 1/4 inch thick. Add to remaining dressing mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Thread meat onto 20 skewers; place on baking sheet.
  • Broil 4 to 6 min. or until medium doneness. Meanwhile, mix chili sauce and reserved dressing mixture.
  • Brush meat with chili sauce mixture; place on platter. Sprinkle with sesame seed and onions.

Make Ahead

Steak strips can be marinated up to 24 hours before grilling as directed.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water 30 min. before using as directed to help prevent them from burning under the broiler.

I love this recipe! quick and easy to make and EVERYONE loves it! I've also made with chicken and it tastes just as good as the beef. In the summer we usually bbq the skewers and I let the beef/chicken marinate over night in a ziploc bag.
