As written it would be bland. When I made the ground beef I left some fat in the pan and made a roux with some flour. Then I added a big squirt of ketchup, some worcestershire sauce and a packet of beef bouillion. Made for a good lunch!!
It was tasty. I added about 1 tsp of cornstarch to the skillet to thicken the mixture somewhat. I also added about 1/2 tsp of coarse steak rub that I had on hand to enhance the beef flavor
Not creamy enough...not enough flavour, and it's too loose. We are gonna try a cheese sauce to mix in with the beef.. (like cheddar cheese soup) just to make it more flavorful and thick. Not a bad recipe... just needs a little something else to improve it
