  • COOK sausages in large saucepan or pot. Drain excess fat from pot. Remove sausages and cut into chunks; return to pot.
  • STIR in pasta sauce and water. Bring to boil. Add pasta and return to boil.
  • REDUCE heat to medium-low and cover. Cook for 10 minutes and add vegetables. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
  • STIR in Parmesan cheese and shredded cheese. Top with additional shredded cheese.

Variation

Use ground beef instead of sausage.

TIP

To make ahead, let cool until it is room temperature and then freeze for up to 3 months.
