I did not enjoy this recipe and neither did my husband. We would not make it again. There is not substance to it.
I live alone and love this recipe. I make it in onion soup bowls and freeze the other for another time. I do this with a lot of recipes. A small chest freezer is such a cost and time saver for me.
I made this for dinner last night, and we loved it. I didn't have ramekins, so baked it in a low casserole. I used tomato soup instead of canned tomatoes.Used 4 lasagna whole wheat noodles. Served with spinach salad and asparagus spears. I'll make it again.
