Very good recipe but tweaked it a bit: used half a brick of Philadelphia(taste was too strong), added an extra 0.5 cup of cottage. Omitted the tomatoes (bf hates chunk sauces) and did not use the parmesan cheese. Also added a layer of hard boiled egg (optional)
Delicious!! I only made few changes because I only had no bake noodles. I included the juice from the tomatoes and used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese. I am going to try that next time. Instant family favorite!!
