  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add Mastering the Meatlball and barbecue sauce; mix lightly. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Heat broiler. Spoon 4 meatballs into each bun; top with vegetable mixture and cheese. Place on rack of broiler pan.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min. or until cheese is melted.

Cooked meatballs can be stored in airtight container in freezer up to 2 months. Thaw in refrigerator before using as directed.

    I use the BBQ sauce in the meatballs as oppose to the sauce. I fry some onions along with the meatballs and toss in a jar of Pasta Sauce. I put Mozzerella cheese on the bun, then the meatballs, then I top with lettuce, onions, fresh green peppers and drizzle with ranch! It's a totally different take on this recipe and my family can't get enough!!!
