Made it but changed dressing used all miracle Whip added yellow mustard and Dill pickle juice with a little Dill and sprinkled Paprika over top, liked the layered effect though, Delish !!

I made this for a pot luck and people loved it,I even liked it and I don't normally enjoy potato salads. I used a taller trifle bowl and added thin sliced carrots and real chopped bacon instead of bacon bits. It looked so nice I didn't want to toss it before serving. : )

Very good salad especially for company, only don't forget to salt the potatoes when cooking and use salt and pepper on the celery slices and toss before layering. The bacon bits do the rest for your taste buds. Very elegant in a glass bowl and make sure you double the recipe, because people want to have seconds. Enjoy, Macie
