I did it with the mandarin oranges the 2nd time I made it and would not put them in again. We liked just cranberry
It was a flop...literally! I sprayed the pan like the recipe said, however, the mousse layer came out and the jello layer stayed in the pan. Once scooped out it tasted ok...but not at all like the photo :O(
