  • Add boiling water to jelly powders in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce; mix well. Stir in cold water; pour 2 cups into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 45 min. or until set but not firm.
  • Meanwhile, stir spices into remaining jelly mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened. Add Cool Whip; stir with whisk until well blended. Pour over jelly mixture in mold.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

Special Extra

For extra colour and flavour, add 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) drained mandarin oranges.
