Just curious....how did you get this out of the pan?
A great update on an old classic. Everyone loved this cake. I've made it several times to rave reviews everytime.
Indeed very easy to make, but lacked flavour. Very plain, won't be making this one again.
Very Easy to make. Made this for a family gathering and people who said they didn't like cheesecake - had seconds!!!!! I used white chocolate to write on the top.
I just made this cake for our Christmas dinner dessert. It was terrific! It looked great, especially with "Merry Christmas" added to the top in white chocolate. It seemed easier than other cheesecakes I've made in the past and it was certainly easier to cut it up than round cheesecake. Several family members took some home to enjoy as well. I'll certainly keep this in my recipe book!

This cheesecake was great. I took it to our family dinner and everyone loved it. So much so that it was gone in about three mintues. I also found it eazy to make, I had surgery on my hand the day before but still mangaged to pull this awsome cake!Thanks
I took this large cake to a BBQ. People LOVED it! It was easy to make and beautiful when done!
My only complaint is that some of the younger folks actually thought it was a large Naniamo Bar and were disappointed that it was a cheese cake.

This is by far my favourite dessert recipe. Nanaimo bars are my all time favourite, so when I saw this recipe I thought I'd try it. I was a little hesitant because in my mind, no one can beat the original Nanaimo bar recipe, but let me tell you, this take on the recipe was amazing!! Now it's hard for me to decide which recipe is my favourite!!
this is an amazing recipe! it feeds a crowd and is a realy surprise that its cheesecake. I am a cheesecake fan and my favorite ssquare is the traditional nanimo bar - what luck i had to find this recipe! Everyone loved it!
This makes a large pan, and is absolutely wonderful.I will make it again.
Excellent!! I made this in a 10 X 15 jelly roll pan to take to a party and it turned out wonderful. Served a lot of guests!
I think the only thing I would do differently is maybe X 1 1/2 the base to make it a little thicker. Otherwise this was the perfect size for the 15 X 10. :)

I made this recipe using two pans. I kept one and took the other to work. All the girls just raved about it!!

I made it for a baptism and everyone wanted to take the extras home - no leftovers. Very good, but expensive to make. I would suggest cutting the middle layer by a third or a half.
I am not much of a cheesecake fan but this recipe was delicious! Everybody loved it.
This recipe is wonderfull, my friends and family just devour it.I like it even better than regular nanimo bars.I think the crust is just a little too thick though so next time I will cut it down by a 1/4.
Tasty. I served it with fresh whipped cream. It is very rich. Next time I will try light cream cheese to see if it turns out a little less dense.
