This was super easy to make and DELICIOUS to eat. I was unsure what Simulated Ground beef was...i just cooked up a pound of hamburger...anyways AWESOME recipe.

This was really easy to make although I made a few changes. First, I added chopped onion and sliced mushrooms to the (I used venison) beef mixture. I boiled the pasta del dante and added it to the mixture too. Also added frozen chopped spinach, garlic salt, onion powder, thyme and basil. To the cheese mix I added some mixed cheddar. Baked as directed but uncovered last 10 mins and added cheddar and mozza to top. Loved it...fantastic!!
