Prepare using chopped iceberg lettuce.
Help your friends and family eat right with this delicious salad. As a bonus, the lettuce provides an excellent source of vitamin A and the oranges an excellent source of vitamin C.

This is a wonderful recipe, so versitile. I couldn't find fresh beans so substituted with asparagus. Also had spring mix greens and baby spinach leaves on hand already so used that instead of just romaine. Everyone went for seconds for this salad. I plan to make it again for an upcoming get-together.
This salad was simply delicious also it was huge. I brought it out to friends for dinner and kept half of it for my husband & I to have the next day. I couldn't find Bulgur in my Metro store so I used Quinoa which worked out really well. Also I used iceber lettuce for a change as we have Romaine often.
