  • Preheat oven to 400ºF. Mix 3 Tbsp. of the dressing, the yogurt, cucumbers and mint; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Shape into sixteen 4x3/4-inch logs; place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until cooked through, turning after 10 min. Serve warm with the yogurt sauce.

Special Extra

For each serving, place two kabobs on 1 pita bread; top with lettuce and thinly sliced red onions. Roll up.
