  • Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Combine wafer crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Add boiling water to jelly powder; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir until thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in jelly. Whisk in 2 cups Cool Whip; pour over crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining Cool Whip and berries.


Prepare using Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder and substituting sliced fresh strawberries for the blueberries.

    replaced butter with 1/4 C plus 2 Tbs of unsweetened apple sauce then baked for 5-6 mins @ 325. Reduced the fat and doubled the flavor.
