This was great! Very tasty, easy to make. I used butter instead of margarine - no problem. Desiccated is shredded, nothing special! I will make this again for sure!
I have made these twice and they are quick and easy to prepare and bake. I've used graham crumbs both times because I had them at home. I'm looking forward to making them again using the Nilla wafers.
This was very yummy! Everyone loved it. I even doubled my coconut. I overbaked it too and it turned out anyway.
