great dessert, went over well with company, it was a light dessert. The curd was easy to make in the microwave. When I make this again I will cut the sugar by 1/4 cp, and add 1 tsp lemon extract to my curd, my real squeezed juice didn't have enough lemon taste for me,wanted a bit more snap
This is a wonderful easy recipe...and the taste it fantastic....all my guest have enjoyed it...and have been requested to bring it to another dinner party....the lemon sauce on top is unbeatable.....thanks kraft!
