  • Spread about 1-1/2 tsp. pudding mixture onto each cookie. Stack cookies, standing on edge on platter to make log. Frost with remaining pudding mixture.
  • Refrigerate 8 hours. Cut diagonally into 12 slices to serve.

Make Ahead

A delicious mix of flavors, my guests gobbled it up! The recipe makes a log about 1 foot long and I was able to serve 8 guests a slice. You could easily double the recipe or use the larger 3" diameter cookies to make a bigger loaf. I substituted 1 envelope of prepared Dream Whip for the Cool Whip. Would look nice topped with red or green sprinkles or crushed candy cane for the holidays or even crushed nuts.

This recipe is amazing. I gave some to my neighbour the other day and when he returned the empty plate he said that he would like it filled up again :-) incredebly delicious. Will do it again very soon. Thanks for the tips of how to cut the cake to get the same effect as the photo.
