  • Just follow our simple steps

  • Line 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with foil. Spoon 2 cups softened lemon-lime sherbet into pan; freeze 10 minutes.
  • Beat 1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product until fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Stir in 1 tub (1 L) thawed Cool Whip Topping. Spread mixture over sherbet.
  • Freeze 3 hours or overnight. Cut into slices.

Cooking Know-How

To soften sherbet, microwave on MEDIUM 10 to 15 seconds.
