  • place 1 cup each lemon flavoured yogurt and thawed Light Cool Whip Topping in a blender container.
  • add 1 fresh mango, peeled, pitted and chopped and 1/2 cup orange juice.
  • cover and blend on high speed until well blended. Serve immediately.

Don't know what to do with leftover fruit? Divide it into 1 cup portions in resealable plastic bags and freeze it. The next time you need fruit for a smoothie just throw the frozen fruit into the blender for an extra cool beverage.
