  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Combine pepper and lemon zest; set aside. Mix barbecue sauce, lemon juice and dill until blended.
  • Pat scallops dry with paper towel. Brush scallops with butter; grill 30 sec. to 1 min. or until scallops release easily from barbecue grate when lifted with tongs.
  • Turn scallops. Brush with barbecue sauce mixture; sprinkle with pepper mixture. Grill 2 min. or until scallops are opaque.

Special Extra

Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill before serving.
