This hearty soup can be prepared ahead of time. Prepare soup as directed, except do not add the spinach or cheese. Cool completely. Ladle into freezer containers and freeze up to 1 month. Thaw overnight in refrigerator, then reheat and stir in the spinach and cheese just before serving.
Serve with crusty whole grain bread and a simple green salad topped with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
