  • Line bottom and sides of 8x4-in. loaf pan with 8 crustless white bread slices. Trim to fit pan, if necessary.
  • Beat 1 pkg (250 g) softened Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese with 1/4 cup sugar in bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, peel from 1 orange and 1/2 cup orange juice. Add 1 cup sliced strawberries; mix lightly.
  • Spoon half the berry mixture into pan. Cover with 3 crustless white bread slices; spread with remaining berry mixture. Top with 3 additional crustless white bread slices. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight to let flavour soak into the bread. Invert onto serving plate; frost with thawed light whipped topping and garnish with sliced strawberries.
