  • Cut four 1/8- inch rings from onion; reserve for later use. Finely chop remaining onion. Mix ground chicken, onion, garlic, 2 Tbsp. dressing and parsley in medium bowl. Form into 4 patties.
  • Heat remaining dressing in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 12 to 14 min. or until done (165ºF). Top burgers with cheese and cook 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Spread bottom half of each bun with 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion rings and patties to assemble burgers.
