  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Place potatoes in microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with parchment. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.; drain.
  • Transfer potatoes to large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make packet.
  • Grill 10 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam. Carefully open top of packet. Top potatoes with cheese, bacon bits and onions; reseal packet. Let stand 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted.

Special Extra

Serve topped with sour cream.
