  • Mix oil, half the lemon zest, lemon juice, 1 tsp. tarragon and pepper until blended; pour over shrimp in shallow dish. Stir to evenly coat shrimp. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add shallots; cook 2 to 3 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add wine, remaining zest and remaining tarragon to skillet; cook and stir 1 min. Add pasta sauce; simmer on medium-low heat 2 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in half-and-half.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add pasta sauce mixture; mix lightly. Top with shrimp.


Substitute 25%-less-sodium chicken or vegetable broth for the wine.
