  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface to 10-inch square. Cut into 9 circles with 3-inch cookie cutter. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet. Bake 10 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Cut pastry circles horizontally in half; fill with pudding mixture. Drizzle with chocolate.


Prepare using Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding.

    Easy to make and looks good. Second time I made it I just cut squares in the pastry. I didn't know it wasn't good to re-roll pastry and cutting circles seemed to be waste. The re- rolled pastry didn't puff.

    Fabulous.A great treat and so easy to make. A very nice light dessert. Made for thanksgiving dessert instead of pumpkin pies and were the greatest hit with everyone.Drizzles a small plate with chocolate and then place dessert on it looked great
