Easy to make and looks good. Second time I made it I just cut squares in the pastry. I didn't know it wasn't good to re-roll pastry and cutting circles seemed to be waste. The re- rolled pastry didn't puff.
Fabulous.A great treat and so easy to make. A very nice light dessert. Made for thanksgiving dessert instead of pumpkin pies and were the greatest hit with everyone.Drizzles a small plate with chocolate and then place dessert on it looked great
