Cool, then refrigerate or freeze any leftovers. If freezing, wrap each serving individually in foil; freeze up to 2 months. When ready to serve, thaw overnight in refrigerator. To reheat, place unwrapped slice on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until heated through.

This is an excellent recipe. I made the meatloaf like I normally would ( by also adding mushrooms
Wonderfully delicious, KD and meatloaf. The best method is place the meat in the loaf pan as a liner, add the KD and then top off with meat.
Not as easy as it sounds. "Loaf" kept breaking apart. Was a disaster, looked more like goulash in the end but was still tasty. Will make it right in the loaf pan next time to avoid transferring and fiddling around.
