For best results, puff pastry should be cold when preparing this recipe.
Prepare pastry rolls as directed. (Do not cut into slices.) Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate up to 24 hours. Cut into slices and bake as directed just before serving.
Have leftover ham? Place in resealable freezer-weight plastic bag and store in freezer up to 1 month. When ready to serve, unwrap and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 8 to 10 min. or until heated through.

A must at my families gatherings. I leave out the ham for all our vegetarians and it is not missed by any of us. Delicious.
