  • Then follow our 3 simple steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Place meat and vegetables in 9-inch square baking dish or deep quiche dish. Cover with layers of 1 cup cheese and 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix.
  • Beat eggs and milk with whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in baking dish. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Bake 1 hour. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Make Ahead

Assembled casserole can be stored in refrigerator up to 24 hours before baking as directed.

    made it with ground turkey instead of ground beef. Tasted great but didn't look like the picture. I will try it again as the eggs didn't seem to "fluff up" as they should have.

    Worked great. Prepared it the night before. Easy/neat to cut into wedges to serve. I used bacon, green onions, red/yellow peppers, mozz cheese. (Only thing I would change next time is I would use the low-sodium Stove Top that I gather is now available. I'm a 'salt person' and even I found this a tad salty.) Great for Christmas morning breakfast, or at the cottage when guests are visiting! Laura.
