  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and zucchini; cook 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add kale; cook 3 min. or just until softened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Add cheese and eggs to kale mixture; mix well. Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 min. or until centres are set. Cool completely. Wrap individually with plastic wrap, then foil. Freeze up to 1 month before reheating to serve.

How to Reheat Frozen Frittatas

Place 2 unwrapped frozen frittatas on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until heated through.
