  • Mix first 3 ingredients; press evenly onto surface of meat. Place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Add apples and 1/4 cup dressing; seal bag. Freeze up to 3 months. Refrigerate overnight to thaw.
  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Place squash on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with remaining dressing. Bake 20 min.; turn squash.
  • Remove meat and apples from bag; add to baking sheet with squash. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until meat is done (160ºF) and squash is tender. Discard bag and marinade.
  • Slice meat. Serve with apples and squash.

Special Extra

Add 1/4 tsp. ground sage to the spice mixture.

Food Facts

Since the Granny Smith apples hold their shape when baked, they work well in this recipe. Or, if you have Gala apples, you can use them instead.

    Love this recipe! I used sweet potato instead of squash. Had to cook the pork for longer than recipe suggested, but it was still great.
