Substitute fresh parsley for the basil.

Love make-ahead meals. This was easy and delicious. Could not find medium size shells in any of the stores so used Catelli large shells (about 1" uncooked)and they were just right. Also tried Chive & Onion cream cheese when the store was out of the regular - works well too!
Made this recipe exactly as stated. It was excellent. Kids, one very picky, both loved it.
