  • Heat oil in wok or large skillet on high heat. Add peppers, ginger and garlic; stir-fry 30 sec. Add meat; stir-fry 5 to 6 min. or until done.
  • Stir in dressing mixture; bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Spoon onto platter; top with cilantro.

    I used Kraft Asisan Sesame dressing instead of Mandarin Orange and no lemon zest. Other than these 2 substitutions, I did exactly as directed and it was very yummy. A nice quick dish over rice.

    I doubled the sauce, but next time I wouldn't double up on the mandarin dressing, it was a bit too orangy for us. I also wouldn't bother with the lemon zest, not sure what it did, other than add to the citrus tang. Would definitely make again.
