  • Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add mango pulp; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened. Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip and cardamom until well blended.
  • Spoon half the chopped mangos evenly into 8 dessert dishes; cover with half the jelly mixture. Repeat layers. Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm.
  • Serve topped with remaining Cool Whip.

Substitute

Substitute blueberries, chopped strawberries or chopped pineapple for the chopped fresh mangos.
