I had this recipe at a friend's house for Thanksgiving and begged the recipe from her. I HATE cooked carrots. Always have. But these were amazing! I will always make them like this if it makes me eat then! And the pecans gave them awesome nutty crunch. FANTASTIC!!!!
Very tastey, I served it with my turkey dinner this easter. It received many compliments. I toasted my pecans. I made it earlier in the day and reheated it the mic; I was glad I did as it does take 15-20 min to make the glaze. But worth the effort.
My whole family loves these carrots. I normally just use regular carrots cut into pieces the size of a baby carrot.
