  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Place chicken in single layer in shallow baking dish. Mix next 4 ingredients; pour over chicken.
  • Bake 28 min. or until chicken is done, turning after 14 min.
  • Heat broiler. Broil chicken 2 min. or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions.
  • Serve with rice and peas.

Special Extra

To serve drummettes with a sticky sauce, transfer baked drummettes to platter; cover to keep warm. Pour reserved sauce into saucepan; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Spoon over drummettes; sprinkle with onions.

Make Ahead

For added flavour, marinate drummettes in dressing mixture in refrigerator up to 24 hours before baking as directed.
