  • Thread shrimp and scallops evenly onto 4 skewers; place in shallow dish.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until blended. Pour half over kabobs; turn to evenly coat kabobs.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade. Grill kabobs 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque, turning every 2 min. Brush with remaining ketchup mixture before serving.


Before cooking the scallops, remove and discard the knob-shaped muscle on side of each scallop.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked rice.
