  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine cracker crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min. Cool 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, zest 1 lime; reserve zest for later use. Cut zested lime in half; squeeze juice into medium bowl. Add cream cheese, milk and lemon juice; beat with mixer until blended.
  • Pour cream cheese batter into crust. Cut remaining lime into 4 lengthwise wedges. Cut each wedge crosswise into thin slices; arrange around edge of pie. Sprinkle with reserved lime zest.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
