  • Measure prepared fruit juice, water, liquors, and butter into a large saucepan.
  • Add sugar to fruit and mix well.
  • Place saucepan over high heat. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
  • Immediately stir in liquid fruit pectin. Continue to stir and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard for 1 min.
  • Remove from heat and skim if necessary.
  • Pour quickly into warm, sterilized jars filling up to 1/4 inch from rim.
  • Seal while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centres.

Spread jelly and cream cheese on floured tortillas, roll up and cut on an angle. Great for quick holiday appetizers.Serve with cheese and crackers as a quick appetizer.
