For more intense flavour, refrigerate chops overnight in dressing mixture before baking as directed.
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Toss chops with dressing mixture as directed. Grill 10 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Sprinkle with fresh coriander.
Serve with Creamy Coriander Chutney.
