  • Mix all ingredients except chops and fresh coriander until blended. Pour over chops in large bowl; toss to evenly coat. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake 25 min. or until chops are done (160ºF), turning after 13 min.
  • Sprinkle with fresh coriander.

For more intense flavour, refrigerate chops overnight in dressing mixture before baking as directed.

How to Grill Chops on the Barbecue

Heat barbecue to medium heat. Toss chops with dressing mixture as directed. Grill 10 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Sprinkle with fresh coriander.
