  • Place potatoes in large saucepan. Add enough water to completely cover potatoes. Bring to boil on high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until potatoes are tender.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  • Drain potatoes; return to saucepan. Add cream cheese product and milk; mash to desired consistency. Stir in mushrooms; sprinkle with paprika.
