  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Remove stems from mushrooms. Finely chop enough stems to measure 1/2 cup; discard remaining stems or reserve for another use. Brush both sides of each mushroom cap with dressing. Place, rounded-sides down, on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Heat oil in small skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, cumin seed and chopped stems; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients; spoon into mushroom caps.
  • Bake 25 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

Add 1/4 cup frozen peas, or finely chopped green or red peppers, to the stuffing before spooning into the mushroom caps and baking as directed.

Serving Suggestion
